STUDENT ATHLETES & YOUTH CLASSES

We offer student athlete training at our facility and on location. Our youth programs improve athlete's overall strength, mobility, speed, agility and mental toughness.

1 HOUR: ages 12+

This program runs Monday-Friday and hits all areas for your kids to be well rounded athletes on and off the field/courts.


With specific days catered to:

Speed/Agility

Strength 

Full Body Calisthenics 

1 HOUR: ages 8-12

In this class, we turn all exercises into engaging games that get your kids smiling & sweating under the guise of working out! We paired this class time with our evening (5:30-6:30) group adult classes for those who want to workout and needed to bring their kids with, drop them off and get your sweat on too!
