GROUP TRAINING CLASSES

Here at The GYM we offer group classes 6 days a week, Monday - Saturday where each day has a different focus, keeping your mind and body active and not bored with the same old workouts.


We also offer an Intro to Fitness class for those who are just starting their fitness journey.

Coaches pick one of three FULL BODY workout designs, incorporating HIIT, Strength, Endurance all into one plan. 

Upper Body Strength

Join us today as we tackle Round 1 of our heavier focused push and pull exercises. 

Lower Body strength

Round 2 of our heavy focused strength days where we tackle squats, deadlifts, lunges, sleds, for you to show off that lower body explosiveness 

HITT

Thursdays our most intense day where coaches supply ~20 stations of back to back 1 MINUTE ON: 10 SECONDS OFF of high intensity exercises to kick your whole body into gear.

FULL BODY/ PARTNER WORKOUT

Get a chance to meet some of the friendly, always positive and uplifting community that THE GYM has to offer, you and your partner get a sheet with ~10+ exercises where you have to work together in order to complete the sheet at your own pace! 

UPPER/LOWER STRENGTH

Join us for ONE FULL HOUR of strength training where we hit the main movements of Upper body and Lower Body combined 30 minutes each, as many times as you can to kick off the weekend!
