The Gym 518 12th Anniversary Giveaway: Official Rules
No purchase necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.
Sponsor: The Gym 518 LLC, 578 Aviation Road, Queensbury, NY 12804 (“The Gym”).
Eligibility: Open to legal US residents 18 or older who can attend in-person training at The Gym. Employees of The Gym and their immediate family members are not eligible.
Entry period: Starts November 3, 2026 at 9:00am ET and ends November 30, 2026 at 11:59pm ET.
How to enter:
Instagram: Follow @thegym_qby and comment on the official giveaway post. Each additional comment tagging a different friend earns 1 bonus entry, up to 5 bonus entries.
Facebook: Comment on the official giveaway post on The Gym’s Facebook page.
Entries from both platforms are combined. Comments beyond the limits above don’t count. Fake, spam, or bot accounts are disqualified.
Winner selection: One winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries on December 1, 2026 during a live video on The Gym’s Facebook and/or Instagram. Odds depend on the number of eligible entries.
Notification: The winner will be announced on the live video and contacted by direct message from The Gym’s official accounts only. The winner has 48 hours to respond. If they don’t, an alternate winner will be drawn. The Gym will never ask for payment or card information to claim a prize.
Prize: 12 thirty-minute one-on-one personal training sessions with Ryan Holderman. Approximate retail value: $420. Sessions are scheduled at mutually agreed times based on Ryan’s availability, must begin by January 31, 2027, and must be completed within 30 days of the first session. Sessions missed without 24 hours notice are forfeited. Prize has no cash value, is non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged. Winner must sign The Gym’s standard liability waiver before the first session.
Publicity: By accepting the prize, the winner agrees The Gym may share their name and photo on social media without additional compensation, unless the winner opts out in writing.
General: The Gym may disqualify entries that break these rules and may change or cancel the giveaway if it can’t run as planned. Entrants release The Gym from liability related to the giveaway and prize, to the extent allowed by law.
