Get Your Kids Moving, Playing, & Conquering!

Welcome to The Gym's newest adventure—an indoor obstacle course designed to do what screens can't: get kids jumping, climbing, laughing, and building confidence with every challenge they tackle.

We know how hard it is to compete with tablets and video games, but here's the thing—kids want to move. They just need the right place to do it. Our obstacle course gives them that space: a high-energy, screen-free zone where they can run, swing, balance, and climb their way through exciting challenges that make fitness feel like pure fun.

Whether they're racing friends, beating their personal best, or trying something new for the first time, every visit builds strength, coordination, and the kind of joy that only comes from real, physical play. No charging required.

Learn more about the lab

  • What is THE LAB?

THE LAB is a fun, structured kids obstacle course designed to build confidence, coordination, strength, and athleticism. It blends play, movement, and skill development in a safe, high-energy environment.

  • What ages can participate?

THE LAB is designed for kids ages 6–12, with age-appropriate classes and obstacle progressions. Older teens may be included in specialized classes or camps.

  • Does my child need experience or athletic ability?

No experience is required. Most kids start with zero obstacle course experience. Our coaches teach skills step-by-step and meet each child where they’re at.

  • Is THE LAB safe?

Yes. Safety is our top priority. All sessions are coached by trained staff, obstacles are progressive and age-appropriate, and padded flooring is used throughout the space.

  • What will my child gain from THE LAB?

    Kids build:

    • Confidence
    • Coordination & balance
    • Strength & agility
    • Focus & perseverance
    • Social skills and teamwork

All while having a ton of fun!

  • How do classes work?

Classes are grouped by age and ability, run on a structured schedule, and include obstacle challenges, games, and skill-building stations. Classes typically last 45 minutes.

  • Can parents watch?

Yes. Parents are welcome to stay and watch their child participate during sessions.

  • Do you offer memberships or drop-ins?

We offer both monthly memberships and drop-in options, depending on availability. Memberships are the best value and provide consistent progress.

  • Do you host birthday parties and camps?

Yes. We offer weekend birthday parties, as well as school break camps, summer camps, and special event camps throughout the year.

  • Is THE LAB just play, or real training?

It’s both. THE LAB is designed to feel fun and exciting for kids, while still developing real movement skills that carry over to sports, school, and everyday life.
