This summer, we’re thrilled to present two unique five-week camps, each thoughtfully designed to cater to specific age groups, ensuring that every child, regardless of their stage of development, can enjoy a tailored experience that meets their interests and abilities.
Ages: 13-18 years old
Intro to strength & conditioning, speed & agility, injury prevention, and mobility.
